Relief Chef Manager: Lead Seasonal Kitchens Across Regions

Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to support our South M25 region and surrounding areas, joining a team serving contract catering across our locations. You will lead fast-paced kitchens, create fresh seasonal menus and uphold brand standards.

You will cover holidays and sickness, assist mobilisations, develop bespoke menus with regional suppliers and maintain strict food hygiene, costings and written records. City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or equivalent required.
