Daytime Senior Care Lead — £2k Joining Incentive

Hartford Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for day shifts at Boulters Lock Care Home in Maidenhead. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week and includes alternate weekend working, with an attractive £2,000 joining incentive for direct hires.

You will lead daytime shifts, deliver high-quality care, support residents’ privacy and dignity, and supervise the team. Applicants should have at least two years’ residential care experience and a Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care.
