Night Shift Warehouse Team Leader (10pm–6am)

The Caraires Consultancy is seeking a Team Leader to support a new night shift operation in Rugby. Hours are 10pm–6am, Monday to Friday, with a fixed-term contract through Week 52.

You will lead operational processes, maintain clear communication across the site, coach teams, and drive continuous improvements in performance and safety.
