Events Manager – Luxury Hotel Operations Lead

Novotel London West, part of the Arora Group, is seeking an Events Manager to ensure the smooth running of all meetings and events operations across the hotel, which features 630 rooms, multiple dining outlets and 40 flexible conference spaces.

You will lead day-to-day M&E activities, uphold service standards, coach and develop the team, drive upselling and guest satisfaction, and balance staffing with the payroll budget for optimal performance.
