Associate Research Consultant, CoStar – London

Overview

In this role you help ensure data quality and enable client success by identifying, validating, and documenting key real estate information. You will build relationships with brokers, developers, and investors to capture market-critical data and train clients to maximise CoStar products. You contribute to a growing, accurate database and provide high-quality support that helps clients gain visibility for their listings. This position offers chances to work cross-functionally and shape how clients use the platform at scale.

Responsibilities

• Grow a complete database of commercial real estate inventory
• Make real-time data collection calls to brokers, developers and investors
• Investigate new space listings, recent transactions, ownership and construction
• Monitor client usage and promote product adoption
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Onboard new clients and support early product adoption
• Provide ongoing training to increase product use and knowledge
• Collaborate with sales to onboard clients and resolve inquiries
• Deliver exceptional client service with personal attention

Key requirements

• Bachelor or equivalent experience
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of seniority
• Interest in the commercial real estate industry
• Proficient Excel skills for data manipulation and simple formulas
• Natural curiosity and investigative research ability
• Track record of meeting metrics or KPIs
