AI Platform Leader — Senior ML Architect & Strategy

A&O Shearman is hiring a Senior AI Engineer (Manager) to lead the AI Platforms team in Belfast. You will drive the strategy, design and deployment of AI/ML solutions, mentor engineers, and coordinate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI capabilities across the firm.

The role requires strong ML background, programming in Python/R/C#, and experience with cloud AI frameworks. You will work with senior stakeholders to align technology with business outcomes and manage external providers.
