We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting high-growth jewellery and accessories brands to find a Wholesale & Marketplace Operations Executive who can help scale its next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the wholesale and marketplace operation.
You’ll help onboard major retail partners, keep orders moving, solve problems before they become problems and make sure every launch lands exactly as it should.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Onboard new wholesale, retail and marketplace partners
- Manage orders from receipt through to dispatch and invoicing
- Coordinate EDI and marketplace integrations
- Build smarter SOPs, workflows and onboarding processes
- Manage partner compliance, chargebacks and operational issues
- Work closely with retail partners, logistics teams and internal stakeholders
- Track performance and find better, faster ways of working
The brief calls for someone comfortable across order management, logistics, invoicing, returns, marketplace integrations and partner compliance.
YOU
Must have experience within wholesale, marketplaces, retail operations or a fast-growth consumer brand, alongside confidence using ERP/OMS systems, Excel and ecommerce platforms.
Experience with EDI, Mirakl or Shopify? Even better.
