Lead Production Manager, Food Manufacturing

Noble Foods is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead a safe, efficient and high-performing production operation.

You’ll be responsible for delivering against key safety, quality, service, people, yield, efficiency and cost targets, while providing visible leadership to Team Leaders and the wider production team in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on developing people and driving continuous improvement, with strong emphasis on HACCP and food safety.
