Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role is based in Glasgow. The Sales Consultant will welcome and engage customers, listen to their needs, and provide informed guidance on jewelry selections for a range of occasions. Day-to-day responsibilities include demonstrating product features, presenting options within customers’ budgets, handling sales transactions, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. The role also involves delivering consistently excellent customer service, resolving queries, and supporting customer aftercare to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. The Sales Consultant will work collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales targets, follow company processes, and participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, focused on creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships.
- Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to explain product features and value.
- Experience in retail sales, luxury goods, or jewelry is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Glasgow, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to undertake ongoing training and, ideally, an interest in pursuing relevant industry qualifications.
