Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-6 years’+ PQE
• Strong academic background
• Solid grounding in banking and finance, including leverage and real estate finance
• Collaborative mindset and team player
• Excellent drafting and technical abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
