We’re looking for an IT Service Desk Apprentice to join the team to provide reliable and responsive internal IT support across Teemill.
You will ensure all employees have the right equipment, access and first-line technical support required to perform their roles effectively.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide first-line IT support across the business, resolving common hardware, software, equipment and connectivity issues and escalating specialist issues appropriately
- Manage company IT equipment including laptops, phones, scanners, peripherals and production IT hardware, ensuring appropriate availability and security.
- Coordinate IT requirements for joiners, movers and leavers, ensuring equipment and access requirements are completed within agreed timescales.
- Maintain an accurate IT asset register, equipment allocation records and appropriate controls for company hardware and spares.
- Support site IT infrastructure and production IT equipment, working with Development and external providers where specialist support is required.
