Lead Biomedical Scientist – Histology & Dissection Expert

Liverpool Clinical Laboratories (LCL) is seeking an experienced Expert Practitioner Healthcare Scientist (Histological Dissection) to lead macroscopic dissection and manage the specimen reception team, delivering high‑quality service in line with HTA guidelines.

This role involves training Biomedical Scientists and junior medical staff, providing leadership across the postmortem team, and collaborating with consultant pathologists to support diagnosis, teaching and research.
