Electrical Maintenance Engineer — 24/7 Critical Facility

CBW Staffing Solutions is hiring an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a unique Essex site in Loughton. The role is permanent, 35 hours a week, Monday–Friday, 07:00–15:00 (flexible). You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, support 24/7 operations, and hook into IWMS for records.

Includes on‑call duties with bonuses and OT. The package features base salary £34,797, a £1,000 payment for no WFH, ~£2,800 on-call, and a 10% annual bonus (£3,220).
