The Infrastructure and Energy transition landscape is evolving faster than ever and the opportunities for lawyers with strong transactional and projects experience have never been broader.
My international City firm client is looking for a 2-4 PQE lawyer (or equivalent experience) to join the team and work on a broad range of matters across the infrastructure and energy transition space, including:
M&A and structured transactions
Equity financings
Project development
Infrastructure and energy transition projects
Complex transactional and project-related work.
