Data & Analytics Lead

Our rapidly expanding client is seeking their first dedicated Data & Analytics hire to build the function and shape the Group’s data strategy. Initially, the role will be approximately 60% hands-on delivery and 40% strategy, with scope to build and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted KPIs, dashboards and management reporting using SQL and Power BI.
• Develop data pipelines, integrations and reconciliation processes across business systems.
• Improve data quality, governance and migration processes, including for acquisitions.
• Translate business needs into practical data solutions and insights for senior stakeholders.

Essential skills

• Strong hands-on SQL and advanced Power BI skills, including data modelling and DAX.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience is essential.
• Experience with data pipelines, integrations, reporting, data quality and governance.
