Lead Line Cook – High-Volume Kitchen

The Resort at Pelican Hill is seeking a Cook I to lead line cooking and assist in multiple kitchen areas, following recipes and plating guidelines to meet our culinary standards. Expect fast-paced service and close collaboration with the Sous Chef to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications include 3–5 years of high-volume culinary experience; a culinary degree is preferred. English and Spanish language skills are a plus, with emphasis on safe food handling and professional conduct.
