About the Role
As a Community Support Worker, you will be instrumental in helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life within their own homes. You’ll provide a range of support services tailored to individual needs, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
- Provide direct care and support to clients, assisting with daily living activities.
- Administer medication as prescribed and ensure client well-being.
- Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, and community activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the wider care team.
Your Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule:Rotating shifts must be able to pick 3 shifts a week
- Contract:Average of 35 hours per week.
- Pay:Weekdays at £18/hr-21/hr
Gender Preference: We are currently seeking female staff due to specific personal care requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided.
