Overview

Enthusiastic Residential Conveyancer role in a growing Bath practice. You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters in a supportive, client-focused environment. The role covers freehold/leasehold sales, registrations, shared ownership, and equity transfers, with close collaboration with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties. You will contribute to a quality-driven team, with clear progression in a modern, high-street style firm. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape outcomes in a CQS-accredited practice that values reliability and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of residential conveyancing matters (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases)
• Handle registered and unregistered property transactions
• Work with Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, Transfer of Equity
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
• Maintain excellent communication and client care throughout each transaction

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC with residential conveyancing experience
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
