TSA Surveying are proud to be working in close partnership with a highly reputable and long-established property and planning consultancy to deliver best-in-class surveying services across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their collaborative team during an exciting period of growth, particularly within the Manchester region. They are looking to grow a new team with the addition of a MRICS Senior Building Surveyor based in North West. The role is offered on a 3/2 flexible hybrid working basis and is ideal for someone who is ambitious, wants financial security in way of pension, and ready to thrive within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Role Overview

As a key member of the Building Consultancy team, you will advise clients on a wide range of building surveying matters including:Building surveys and defect analysisDilapidations and schedules of conditionLicence for alteration assessmentsTechnical due diligence and reinstatement cost assessmentsCoordination of national portfolio projects across a wide range of sectors including commercial, retail, banking, and heritageYou’ll work closely with clients, both existing and new, and play an active part in business development and networking initiatives.

Deliver a broad spectrum of professional services: dilapidations, technical due diligence, planned preventative maintenance, and moreProvide advice on technical, financial, legal, regulatory, and sustainability matters relating to property and buildingsInstruct and coordinate external consultants when neededMaintain excellent client relationships and support business growth initiative.
