About the role
This is a senior leadership role with full responsibilityfor the day-to-day running of the nursery, including quality ofeducation, staff leadership, safeguarding, and operationalperformance. You will have the autonomy to shape your team,culture, and practice, supported by a dedicated regional andcentral support structure.

Required Qualifications:
About you
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or DeputyManager in a high-quality setting
- Strongleadership skills with the ability to inspire and developteams
- Excellent knowledge of EYFS and Ofstedrequirements
- A track record of improvingoutcomes and maintaining highstandards
- Confidence working both independentlyand as part of a wider leadership structure
- Achild-centred approach with high expectations forquality
Qualifications andExperience
- NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, orNVQ Level 3.
- Experience as a Nursery Manager orAssistant Nursery Manager.
- Strong leadership,organisational, and communication skills.
- Afocus on delivering high-quality childcare and earlyeducation.
