The Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing business, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across temporary, permanent, and contract vacancies.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placementDeveloping new business opportunities and growing existing client accountsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidatesAdvertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through multiple channelsInterviewing, screening, and qualifying candidatesManaging offers, negotiations, and successful placementsConducting client meetings and site visits where requiredWorking towards and exceeding sales and recruitment targetsWhat We Offer
