The Role
As an ECT Primary Teacher (KS1/KS2), you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
- Establish clear expectations, consistent routines, and positive behaviour management
- Create a purposeful, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
- Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) achieved by September 2026
- An ECT with a strong interest in Key Stage 1 or 2
- Secure subject knowledge across the KS1 or KS2 curriculum
- High expectations for behaviour, learning, and pupil progress
