HR Casework Specialist – Education Trust (Temporary)

Academy Schools Trust in East London is seeking an experienced HR Caseworker to join a three-person team on a temporary 12-month contract. The role is full-time (35 hours per week) with an hourly rate of £19-£23, depending on experience.

You will manage a high-volume employee relations caseload, provide expert HR guidance to Headteachers and managers, and partner across multiple schools to deliver compliant, timely outcomes while supporting organisational change and TUPE transitions.
