Technology Delivery Governance Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead governance, assurance and performance oversight across the Technology Services change portfolio. You will partner with Technology, Finance, Risk and Procurement to ensure initiatives meet standards and deliver business outcomes. You will oversee supplier performance, financial management and the use of Jira/Confluence to support reporting and collaboration. This position combines strategic influence with operational leadership in a fast-paced, governance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance, assurance and oversight across the Technology Services portfolio (small changes, remediation initiatives, supplier-led delivery)
• Ensure compliance with DMF, SDLC controls and Technology Minimum Control Standards
• Support governance forums, boards and executive reviews with high-quality reporting
• Drive consistent governance and delivery practices across Technology Services
• Maintain oversight of change investment, including project expenditure, resources and budget performance
• Monitor Change-to-Run impacts and support financial planning across the portfolio
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide governance leadership and delivery insight
• Lead governance and performance management for strategic delivery partners
• Oversee Jira and Confluence governance, administration and continuous improvement
• Establish KPIs and reporting standards for Technology Services
• Lead, coach and develop governance and portfolio management team
• Promote accountability, transparency and delivery excellence across teams
• Support capability development in governance and delivery communities

Key requirements

• Significant experience in portfolio governance, PMO or technology delivery oversight
• Experience in complex technology and change portfolios
• Experience producing executive-level portfolio, financial and risk reporting
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships across business and technology
• Experience in financial management, budget oversight and resource planning
