In questa role you will oversee IT Service Delivery governance across EMEA Technology, aligning governance, resilience, and control requirements with regulatory obligations. You will work closely with the IT Service Delivery Governance Lead to embed governance across essential services and function areas, driving improvements and reporting to senior stakeholders. The role focuses on monitoring control effectiveness, regulatory remediation, and assurance outputs to support a compliant, reliable IT estate. This opportunity offers broad influence in a regulated, complex environment and a chance to shape governance across multiple ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational governance for ITSM across EMEA Technology
• Support governance delivery to the IT Service Delivery Governance Lead
• Ensure governance, resilience, regulatory obligations, audit commitments and control frameworks are embedded
• Governance oversight across 17 ITIL Service Management practices
• Governance of services linked to Important Business Services and Critical Important Functions including resilience and regulatory remediation
• Produce governance reporting, MI, maturity assessments, KPIs, KRIs and assurance outputs for senior stakeholders and exec committees

Key requirements

• Strong IT Service Management governance experience in a complex, regulated tech environment
• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, Operational Resilience, DORA, FCA/PRA, SOX and related technology control frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management, reporting, analytical and influencing skills
• Ability to challenge effectively and drive accountability across Technology teams
