Senior C&I Engineer, Oil & Gas (Concept to Start-up)

Millbank Holdings Ltd is recruiting a Senior C&I Engineer to support a long-standing downstream Oil & Gas programme. The role spans Instrument Engineering from conceptual studies to start-up within an established EPC environment.

You will lead instrument deliverables, liaise with clients and suppliers, and ensure safety and standards compliance. UK refinery experience with DCS/PLC/SIS knowledge is highly valued.
