Service Desk & Receptionist – Front-of-House Support

Babcock is seeking a Service Support Desk Operator and Receptionist for the Royal School of Military Engineering (RSME) in Chatham, Kent. You will be the first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service while supporting site operations on a full-time, on-site basis.

You will handle service requests, visitor management and access procedures, while collaborating with hosts and stakeholders to maintain a safe, professional environment. Security clearance is required.
