What’s on offer?
A full-time permanent positionWorking week of Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pmPaid annually at £35,000 per annumAs a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Supervise daily bakery operations, ensuring production lines run efficiently with minimal downtime and wasteLead, motivate, and support the production team to achieve performance, productivity, and service targetsMonitor and maintain health & safety, hygiene, and quality standards, ensuring full compliance with company proceduresManage day-to-day people responsibilities, including attendance, return-to-work interviews, training, and performance supportWork closely with Production Managers and other departments to meet production plans, improve efficiency, and reduce downtimeThe ideal Production Supervisor will have:
