Business Transformation Officer – Hybrid & Flexible

Arts Council England is seeking an Officer, Business Transformation to drive change across services, digital tools and data. Based in Manchester, this fixed-term role to 30 June 2028 is 35 hours per week with hybrid working and regular on-site days.

You will support projects, organise activity, carry out research, prepare clear information and help teams test ideas, coordinating workshops and using your initiative to move work forward.
