Augusta & Co, part of the Mizuho Group, seeks an Associate to lead transaction execution and business development in the renewable energy advisory space. You will guide junior team members in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and the preparation of client presentations and marketing materials.

You will manage deal teams, perform deep sector analyses, and coordinate due diligence while contributing to client pitches and negotiates on documentation.
