Seasonal Port Operations & Customer Service Agent

CalMac is hiring a Port Assistant to support ticket sales, customer service and port operations at Mallaig. You will help customers with travel options, manage ticketing and payments, and assist with vessel movements while maintaining safety and port presentation.

The role includes varied shifts, early starts, weekends and bank holidays with unsociable hours paid. Training provided to ensure confidence in duties and safety procedures.
