Strategic People Partner for Health & Social Care

Provide CIC is seeking a strategic People Partner to contribute HR expertise to business decisions and develop innovative people solutions aligned with business plans and strategy. You will support organisational change, foster positive employee relations, and help build capacity by coaching managers in HR policy and practice.
