Small Works M&E Project Manager

Overview

Small Works M&E Project Manager – Monday to Friday. Salary: £80,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance. Location: London.

Responsibilities

• Project management and delivery of multiple small-scale construction, maintenance and improvement projects across client portfolios.
• Client and stakeholder management.
• Contractor and vendor management.
• Prepare cost estimates and budget proposals for small works projects.
• Compliance and quality assurance.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Qualifications/Experience

• 3–5 years of experience managing M&E projects.
• Proven track record delivering multiple concurrent small works projects.
• Experience with contractor procurement and management.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
