Residential Conveyancing Paralegal/Licensed Conveyancer Cardiff – Hybrid

This is an opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal or qualified Licensed Conveyancer to join a Legal 100 law firm in central Cardiff. You will take over an established caseload from regular referrers.

Your experience:

• Previously experience of running your own conveyancing caseload 
• Qualified Licensed Conveyancer or experienced unqualified fee earner

The role: 

• Handling your own caseload of plot sales plus buy backs, staircasing and redemptions for shared ownership/equity properties
• Working with housing associations
• Advising on new site set up
• Document drafting, such as transfers and leases  
• Demonstrating xcellent client communication skills

This position will offer you:
