Loughborough College Group is looking for a Curriculum Head in Foundation Learning to lead the Foundation Learning and Specialist provision team at Radmoor Road. You will oversee SEN provision, ESOL 16-18s, and Level 1 foundation learning delivery, ensuring high quality teaching and learning.
You will manage a team of lecturers, develop curriculum design and quality metrics, and work with external partners to meet ambitious targets and improve learner outcomes.
