Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload across a range of family matters (divorce, civil partnerships, separation, cohabitation, financial matters, children)
• Advise clients and provide high standards of client care
• Remain updated on developments in family law and procedures
• Build and maintain client relationships and referral networks
• Work within a collaborative team and ensure matters are handled accurately and in line with risk requirements
