Our client is a leading processor within food manufacturing, with a reputation for product quality and industry:leading standards. Due to a recent investment in the site, they are looking to increase their output and bring onboard a Continuous Improvement Manager to their team.
Role And Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the CI
- Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Analyse data to improve performance and reduce waste
- Leadcross:functional improvement
- Coach teams in CI tools and problem:solving.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Proven CI and Lean Manufacturing experience in Food / FMCG manufacturing
- Strong background in Operational Excellence and Root Cause
- Experienced in leading cross:functional change and improvement
- Data:driven with strong analytical, project management and Excel
- Collaborative leader focused on driving measurable business
