At Decide, we’re growing and looking for a creative leader to help shape the future of our agency and our clients’ brands.

Working with some of the UK’s and Europe’s leading FMCG brands, you’ll lead the creative agenda, build powerful client relationships, and create shopper-first campaigns that connect across every touchpoint.

We’re looking for someone based in the North of England, who can be part of our collaborative, hybrid way of working. For the right candidate, relocation support may be available.

We’re after someone who’s:

Experienced in FMCG, retail, shopper marketing or agency environments

Commercially savvy and creatively fearless

Brilliant with clients and confident leading conversations

Passionate about developing creative people and nurturing great ideas

Excited by a flexible, hybrid way of working

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to do their best work with a talented, collaborative team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
