About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to a gentleman with Autism in his own home and within the local community. xwwtmva You will help promote independence, encourage meaningful engagement, and ensure he feels safe, respected, and supported.
- Provide tailored support based on individual needs, preferences, and routines
- Support the gentleman to access the community and take part in activities he enjoys
