Support Worker – PMLD Supported Living (Flexible Shifts)

Radis is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our new Supported Living Service in Market Rasen. You will support 10 individuals with PMLD and Mild Learning Disabilities, promoting independence and community participation.

The service is based in Grange House, a cluster of ten purpose-built supported living apartments in a Grade II-listed building, providing a secure home where individuals live with the right level of support.
