Overview
In this role you will bridge R&D and Manufacturing to develop, transfer, and optimize coated consumable manufacturing processes in a cleanroom. You will drive NPI industrialisation, design for manufacture input, and establish CPPs and CQAs to improve yield and process capability. You will work cross-functionally to solve production issues and implement data-driven improvements. The position offers impact across technology transfer, process control, and ongoing process optimisation within a regulated setting. You will collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and external partners to scale and improve manufacturing workflows.
