Remote Game Design Director – Star Trek Fleet Command

Scopely is seeking a Game Design Director to lead the Star Trek Fleet Command content and balance for a live, F2P MMO on a remote UK team. You will own the design direction across growth, progression, and economies, working with designers, PMs, analysts, and engineers to deliver compelling monthly content.

You will mentor designers, shape long-term systems health, and translate KPI targets into design decisions.
