Lead Game Designer — Merge 2, Live Ops & Economy

Zynga is seeking a Lead Game Designer in the UK to own the creative vision of a new Merge 2 title, from initial concept through live operations. You will shape the core loop, progression, and meta-game, guiding the team as the project matures into soft launch and live services.

You will mentor a design team, collaborate with product, engineering and art, refine the economy, and drive long-term player retention with data-informed decisions.
