Firmdale Hotels, based in Soho, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Expert to join the PR & Marketing team. You will lead strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, craft high‑end content, manage calendar and reporting, and collaborate with our UK and New York teams to drive awareness, engagement and bookings.

The role involves creator collaborations, onsite shoots, and staying ahead of trends to grow brand loyalty across eight London hotels and the Firmdale brand.
