Lambeth Assistant Support Worker – Frontline Housing Support

Thames Reach is seeking an Assistant Support Worker for Lambeth High Street. You will contribute to day-to-day service delivery, conduct risk and needs assessments, and help move-on planning with clients at a 24-hour hostel team.
