Looking to build your career in property and gain experience across a large and varied public estate? We’re looking for an organised and proactive Property Management Assistant to support the delivery of our Corporate Landlord service. You’ll help manage property records, leases, service charges, rents and budgets while working closely with surveyors, legal teams, finance colleagues and service departments. The role offers excellent exposure to:

  • Lease and service-charge administration
  • Property data and CAFM systems
  • Rent, business rates and budget monitoring
  • Property inspections and compliance
  • Easements, wayleaves and landlord approvals

You’ll need property or facilities-management experience, strong IT and financial skills, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to work across different teams.

You will be given a nominated contractual work base and you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary. Working arrangements regarding hybrid working will be discussed as part of the appointment process. Our technology platform and equipment is very good enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We require that you have in place good connectivity, and we will discuss during the recruitment process if support with this is needed.
