Assistant Manager, Care Services & Team Growth

Partnership of Care in South Wales is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist the day‑to‑day running of a portfolio of services, ensuring compliance and the safety and wellbeing of people supported and staff. Based in South Wales, the role covers services within the Kidwelly Region.

You will mentor, coach and support teams through CPD, supervision and appraisal while working with the Appointed Manager to drive service improvements and performance metrics. A full driving licence is preferred.
