Responsibilities
- Lead on landlord and tenant disputes, investment and development disputes, and other high-value property litigation matters
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with a diverse, high-profile client base
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers, supporting their progression and skills
- Contribute to business development, networking and thought leadership initiatives to grow the practice
- Provide strategic, commercially focused advisory services to shape client real estate portfolios across the UK
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a large national firm to deliver practical solutions
Key requirements
- 8+ years PQE in real estate litigation
- Experience advising high-profile clients on complex property disputes
- Ability to lead significant matters and manage client relationships
