Compassionate Home Care Assistant – Flexible Shifts & Pay

Agincare Group in Highcliffe is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes, helping with daily routines, personal care, meals, shopping and companionship. You’ll bring a warm, caring approach and help people live with dignity and joy in familiar surroundings.

We offer flexible contracts, mileage paid at 32p per mile, a company pension, and on-demand pay. A £500 welcome bonus and a Refer a Friend scheme up to £1000 are included.
