Machine Operator / Production And Warehouse Operative

We are recruiting for a Machine Operator / Production and Warehouse Operative to join a busy team in Buckingham.

This is a varied position combining sign-printing machine operation with general warehouse work. The role will be approximately 40% production and 60% warehouse duties.

Key responsibilities:

• * Setting up and operating sign-printing machinery
• * Monitoring production and checking finished work
• * Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• * Moving and organising materials within the warehouse
• * Keeping production and warehouse areas clean and organised
• * Following health and safety procedures
• * Supporting the team to meet production deadlines

The successful candidate will have:

• * Previous machine-operating, printing or production experience
• * Warehouse, picking, packing or dispatch experience
• * Experience in printing, signage, labels, textiles or graphics would be beneficial
• * Good attention to detail
• * The flexibility to work across production and warehouse duties
• * A dependable and hardworking attitude

This is a permanent opportunity offering daytime hours, an early finish every Friday, salary progression after probation, a bonus and free lunch.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am-4:30pm; Friday, 7:30am-2:00pm
